    What the agent does

    • Request

      the identity signals configured for your use case: account number, date of birth, reference code, or other data points.

    • Validate

      the provided signals against your system of record via API connector.

    • If verification passes

      proceed with the customer's request. The agent is now operating in an authenticated session.

    • If verification fails

      offer the customer an alternative path or escalate to a human agent.

    • Log

      the authentication event in Visual Execution History: every verification step is auditable.
