Will this integrate with our existing systems without a rip-and-replace?

NeuraFlow connects to any CRM, helpdesk, ERP, or internal system via API connector. There is no rip-and-replace. You connect your existing systems, and the agents work with them. Most clients have their core systems connected in the first session.

How is this different from traditional chatbots?

NeuraFlow agents take action: they update records, process requests, and confirm outcomes, rather than deflecting to a search box or a canned reply. When a request falls outside their scope, they transfer to a human with the full context already attached, so the customer never repeats themselves.

The engagement model is designed for operations teams. Most clients go from knowledge base to live agent in a single session, and the visual builders require no code. Brain Station 23's implementation team handles integrations and any custom configuration.

How quickly can we go live?

From knowledge base to live agent in a single session for simple use cases. More complex deployments with custom integrations typically take one to two weeks. The pilot scope is defined together during the initial demo.

How is our data protected?

All data is isolated at the tenant level. Your data never touches another customer's deployment. Conversations are never used to train or fine-tune any model. BYOK lets you connect your own LLM API key and pay your provider directly, with zero data passing through NeuraFlow's model layer.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NeuraFlow Agentic AI Platform ("Platform," "Service"), provided by Brain Station 23 Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

NeuraFlow is an enterprise-grade agentic AI platform that deploys AI agents capable of resolving customer queries and operational workflows across multiple channels. The Platform connects to your knowledge bases, business systems, and communication channels to enable AI-driven customer and employee interactions.

2. Eligibility and Authority

You must be a legally registered business entity to use the Platform.
You represent that you have full authority to bind your organisation to these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the Platform to:

Respond to inbound customer and employee queries via configured agents.
Automate operational workflows within your organisation.
Retrieve and deliver information from your connected knowledge bases and systems.
Escalate conversations to human agents with full context transfer.
Monitor and review agent performance via analytics and audit tools.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Platform to:

Send unsolicited bulk messages or operate as a mass messaging tool.
Impersonate any person, entity, or brand without authorisation.
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Platform.
Use or process data in violation of applicable data protection laws.
Deploy agents for purposes that violate the terms of any third-party channel or integration.
Engage in any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you bring to the Platform. We do not use your data to train or fine-tune any model. Refer to the Privacy Policy for full details on data handling, retention, and your rights.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including all software, documentation, and design elements, is owned by Brain Station 23 Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data, content, and configurations you create within the Platform.

7. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability of the Platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. Enterprise clients with SLA agreements should refer to their service agreement for uptime commitments.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brain Station 23 Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you have paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with notice as specified in your service contract. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms or if continued access creates legal or compliance risk. Upon termination, you will have a reasonable period to export your data.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh, unless otherwise agreed in your service contract.
