These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NeuraFlow ("Platform," "Service"), provided by Brain Station 23 Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
NeuraFlow provides a business messaging platform that enables organizations to manage customer-initiated conversations on WhatsApp. The Platform connects to the business's own data sources and systems to generate business-specific responses to customer inquiries.
NeuraFlow is not a general-purpose conversational service. All responses are derived from business-configured content, data integrations, and workflows. The Platform operates reactively — processing messages only after a customer initiates contact.
2. Eligibility
The Platform is available to businesses and organizations with a valid WhatsApp Business Account. You must:
- Be a legally registered business entity
- Have authority to bind the organization to these Terms
- Comply with WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy
- Have a legitimate business purpose for customer communication
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for:
- Responding to customer-initiated inquiries about your business
- Providing product and service information to your customers
- Managing customer support, order tracking, and appointments
- Sending approved message templates in accordance with WhatsApp policies
- Business-specific communication workflows related to your operations
- Document intake, triage, and structured processing
4. Prohibited Uses
Businesses using NeuraFlow must NOT:
- Use the Platform as a general-purpose conversational assistant
- Configure responses for topics unrelated to their business operations
- Send unsolicited, bulk, or marketing messages without proper user opt-in
- Use the Platform to distribute third-party services through WhatsApp
- Use purchased or scraped contact lists
- Impersonate another business or entity
- Attempt number rotation or policy circumvention
- Automate outside official API frameworks
- Send messages containing prohibited content as defined by WhatsApp
- Violate WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy or Commerce Policy
- Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to circumvent any platform restrictions or rate limits
- Share access credentials with unauthorized parties
5. WhatsApp Compliance
You acknowledge that:
- Your use of WhatsApp through the Platform is subject to WhatsApp's Business Terms of Service and Business Messaging Policy
- Meta Platforms, Inc. may restrict or terminate WhatsApp Business Account access for policy violations
- You are solely responsible for obtaining required opt-in consent from your customers before communicating via WhatsApp
- Message templates must be submitted for approval and comply with WhatsApp's template guidelines
- NeuraFlow does not bypass Meta approval processes
6. Data and Privacy
Our collection and use of information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for:
- Providing required data disclosures and privacy notices to your customers
- Obtaining necessary consents for communication via WhatsApp
- Complying with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, local laws)
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, features, and documentation, is the property of Brain Station 23 Ltd. Your use of the Platform does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
You retain ownership of your business data, content, and customer communication data processed through the Platform.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brain Station 23 Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if:
- You violate these Terms or WhatsApp's policies
- Your WhatsApp Business Account is restricted by Meta
- We receive a complaint or legal notice regarding your use
- Continued service would expose Brain Station 23 Ltd to legal liability
Upon termination, we will make your business data available for export for a period of 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
