Is same-day activation real for non-trivial setups?

Yes — for knowledge-driven customer service use cases. If you have an existing helpdesk, documentation, or policy sources, NeuraFlow can be activated on the same day in supervised mode. Complex custom workflows or deep system automation may extend beyond that, but you will see real customer conversations resolved on day one.

What happens if NeuraFlow can't resolve our issue during the demo?

Then you don't proceed. We run demos on your real use case. If NeuraFlow cannot understand, retrieve the right information, or escalate correctly with context, there's no obligation to continue. The demo is meant to prove value, not sell slides.

What kinds of tickets should NOT be automated with NeuraFlow?

NeuraFlow is not designed to replace judgment-heavy, emotionally sensitive, or one-off investigative cases. It performs best on high-volume, repeatable but complex requests — where resolution logic exists, even if it spans multiple steps. These boundaries are configured intentionally.

Do we need to redesign our workflows or retrain our team?

No. NeuraFlow works with your existing workflows and escalates into your current support tools. Agents do not need to learn a new system to take over conversations. Most teams continue operating exactly as before — just with fewer tickets reaching them.

How does NeuraFlow know when to escalate to a human?

Escalation is intentional, not a failure state. NeuraFlow escalates when confidence drops, policy thresholds are crossed, or actions require human approval. When it escalates, the agent receives full context — intent, conversation history, and completed steps.

Is our data used to train public AI models?

No. Your data is isolated to your deployment and is never used to train public or shared models. Knowledge access is controlled, auditable, and limited to what you explicitly connect.

Is this a trial, pilot, or full deployment?

It's a proof-based activation. You start with a live, supervised deployment against real requests. If it works, you scale. If it doesn't, you stop. There's no artificial pilot phase designed to delay decision-making.

Who should attend the demo to evaluate NeuraFlow properly?
